JOY ALEXANDER
Chief Executive Officer
Joy Alexander is the Chief Executive Officer of River Hills Community Health Center, having more than three decades of expertise in healthcare leadership and strategic expansion. She possesses a Doctor of Business Administration with an emphasis on rural healthcare systems and a Master of Social Work.
Joy is dually licensed in Iowa as a Licensed Independent Social Worker and in Missouri as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In addition, she has been a professor at various universities, including the University of Iowa, Buena Vista University, and Culver Stockton College. She most recently worked in the School of Medicine at the University of Missouri.
